The Wilson Run: A Race in Three Centuries

The story behind OS Norman Berry’s (SH 57-62) book about Sedbergh School’s unique Wilson Run race.

What began as a hobby for Norman became a passion…and that passion became a book. Due to Norman now living with dementia his memory is sadly not what it used to be. So we spoke with his son, Duncan Berry (SH 85-91), to discover what first inspired Norman to document this extraordinary race.
