Castertonian Society

The Castertonian Society is open to all Old Girls, former staff and friends of Casterton School.

Since the earliest days of Casterton School women have been encouraged to celebrate and foster the friendships they formed at school. Many of the earliest pupils chose in adult life to revisit the school’s first home in Cowan Bridge, to visit their teachers and friends, or to join the staff leading this ground breaking girls’ school.

This desire to come together is just as strong today. The Castertonian Society was formed to remember and celebrate the important role that Casterton has played in the lives of so many. The Society seeks to celebrate the friendships formed at Casterton School through special events, newsletters sharing stories from the Casterton community, and extending a warm invitation to visit the school. The Castertonian Society is open to all Old Girls and former staff of Casterton School as well as family members of former alumni and staff.

This message is a personal invitation to you, asking you to join the Society and continue on the journey of Casterton School together. We don’t have full records of past pupils and so can’t contact everyone to extend this invitation. Please pass on news of the Society to your Castertonian friends. If you would like to join or would like further information please email castertoniansociety@sedberghprep.org.
