OS Club Membership

The Club is funded through membership subscriptions, which are charged termly while the pupil is at School, as well as voluntary subscriptions for those aged over 30. All pupils who attended Sedbergh receive full membership of the Club after they leave the School. Sedbergh School staff can elect to join the OS Club (at no cost) after two year’s service.

The OS Club also offers honorary membership to those nominated for their service to the Club. While this is primarily for those who are not otherwise eligible for Club membership, the Club Committee does award Honorary Membership to current or ex members of staff in recognition of exceptional service to the School or the Club.

The OS Club is a not-for-profit organisation, and we try to keep the subscriptions to a minimum. As such they have not been increased for five years. However, due to increasing costs and in order to maintain our many initiatives and level of service, we have recently had to increase the voluntary subscriptions  (paid by those over 30) from £40 to £50 per annum.

As a Club we are making great strides in supporting the careers of our new alumni as they leave the School, as well as organising an ever-increasing number of social events, ones which are relevant and varied, as well as hosting annual sporting fixtures and various other ventures.

If you would like to set up a standing order of £50 per year the account details are:

Old Sedberghian Club

Account No.: 80676993

Sort Code: 20-45-28

Please could current members who already pay a subscription by standing order simply amend the amount to £50 rather than setting up a new standing order. Thank you very much for your continued support!
